CONDITIONS OF USE
All firearms must be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Good Shooting must receive a copy of the FFL either by e-mail, fax, or mail before the item will be shipped.
If you need to return a product, please see the policy below for instructions; Items are defective, not as described, or damaged: We accept returns or exchanges of any new item if it is defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping. In these instances, if you choose to return the item, you will be refunded in full, including shipping and return shipping.
If you choose to exchange the item, we will pay for return shipping of the item you received and shipping of the new item to you. You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for returning the product.
You ordered the wrong item: In the event that you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item or refund your money, less the cost of all shipping charges and 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping to and from Good Shooting Inc. You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for the exchange or refund. Once received at Good Shooting, it takes up to 5 days to process the return. Credits will be issued according to the method of payment when the order was placed.
By submitting an order you certify that you are of legal age to purchase these items and that this purchase is made in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
We ship most items via UPS. There are some items we ship via USPS. Ammunition is not considered HazMat and does not incur any additional shipping charges; but, it must be shipped Ground. Items shipped from the Zanders Warehouse may be shipped UPS or FedEX. Products are typically shipped within 2 days of receiving order and ground service takes 2-6 days depending upon delivery location.
California – no tracer or incendiary ammo. Massachusetts, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York – ammo only to 01, 02, 07, or 08 FFLs. Washington DC – no ammo deliveries. Illinois – FOID card must be on file for ammo deliveries.
Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms, or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm, and other serious physical injury. Have adequate ventilation at all times. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.

The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Good Shooting Inc.’s, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Good Shooting Inc. or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
