Terms and Conditions
By visiting and using www.goodshootinginc.com (the “website”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer posted on the website. The term “you” refers to anyone who uses, visits, and/or views the website. Good Shooting Sales & Service, Inc. reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Age and Legal Eligibility
All information and content on this website is intended for individuals of legal age. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a firearm. By submitting an order you certify that you are of legal age to purchase the items ordered and that this purchase is made in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Firearm Sales
All firearms must be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Good Shooting must receive a copy of the FFL by email, fax, or mail before any firearm will be shipped. We only ship firearms to an FFL holder.
Return Policy
Items that are defective, not as described, or damaged in shipping:
We accept returns or exchanges of any new item if it is defective, not as described, or damaged during shipping. If you choose to return the item, you will be refunded in full, including original shipping and return shipping. If you choose to exchange the item, we will pay for return shipping of the item you received and shipping of the new item to you. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us and make arrangements to return the product.
If you ordered the wrong item:
We will exchange the item or refund your money, less the cost of all shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping to and from Good Shooting Inc. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us. Once received, it takes up to 5 days to process the return. Credits will be issued according to the original method of payment.
Shipping Policy
We ship most items via UPS. Some items ship via USPS. Ammunition is not considered HazMat and does not incur additional shipping charges; however, it must be shipped Ground. Items shipped from the Zanders Warehouse may be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Products are typically shipped within 2 business days of receiving an order, and ground service takes 2 to 6 days depending on delivery location.
Ammunition Restrictions
Due to varying state and local laws, the following restrictions apply to ammunition orders:
California: No tracer or incendiary ammunition. Ammunition may only be shipped to FFL’s in California, Chicago, and New York. Washington D.C.: No ammunition deliveries. Illinois: FOID card and Driver’s License must be on file for ammunition deliveries. Massachusetts, New Jersey and Connecticut: FID card must be on file for ammunition deliveries. Colorado: Require adult signature at delivery.
It is your responsibility to check your local and state regulations before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with applicable law.
Ordering Products
By submitting an order, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase the items and that the purchase is made in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Good Shooting reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Promotions and Coupon Offers
From time to time, Good Shooting Inc. offers special discounts and promotional codes to customers. We encourage you to redeem these offers, but we ask that you not exploit them. Good Shooting Inc., at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met. If our software safeguards are circumvented to receive multiple free products, we will remove the extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. You will be informed of any order changes via the contact information listed with your order.
Safety Warning
Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms, or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm, and other serious physical injury. Always ensure adequate ventilation. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.

Good Shooting Inc. and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Good Shooting Sales & Service, Inc.. The use of these trademarks is prohibited in connection with the sale of any product that is not Good Shooting’s, in any manner that disparages or discredits Good Shooting Inc., or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
